Weekly DID Health Check Worksheet
Print one sheet per week. Fill it in with whoever owns your numbers. This is an operations habit, not a guarantee against carrier spam labels. From Dan Hanna and the Straton team · stratoncrm.com
This week's numbers
| DID / last 4 | Campaign or list | Approx. daily attempts | Status (healthy / watch / pause) | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|---|
Signals to review (check what you can see)
- Connection rate looks roughly normal for this list (not a sudden cliff)
- Blocking / filtering signals flagged anything new
- Any number hit an unusual spike in volume yesterday or this week
- Warming plan is written down for every new DID
- Cooldown or pause rules are clear (who decides, how long)
- Opt-outs and do-not-call handling still applied before dialing
Volume cap for each active DID
Write the max daily attempts you will allow on each number this week. If you don't have a number, you're guessing.
| DID / last 4 | Daily attempt cap | Why that cap |
|---|---|---|
Warming plan for any new DID
New number: Start date:
| Day | Max attempts | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| 1–2 | Light use, clean list only | |
| 3–5 | Step up if signals look normal | |
| 6–7 | Toward normal campaign volume | |
| After week 1 | Cap that matches this number's role |
Pause / cooldown log
| DID | Why paused | Paused on | Resume date | Owner |
|---|---|---|---|---|
